Your first appointment at our dental clinic is a relaxed consultation during which we carry out a thorough examination of your mouth and discuss your needs. Based on this, we can plan further treatment tailored to your specific situation.

How to book your first appointment as a new patient

  • You can make an appointment by telephone, e-mail, or in person at the clinic reception desk. The reception desk is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • To confirm your first appointment, please pay a booking fee of PLN 150. This guarantees that your chosen appointment will be kept, and allows us to plan the team’s schedule efficiently.
  • Payment deadline: 3 days from the moment you receive the SMS message or other, indicated in the SMS message.
  • Available payment methods:
    • bank transfer (details sent by SMS),
    • BLIK,
    • Tpay,
    • cash or card at the reception desk.
  • Once you’ve paid for the appointment, just send the confirmation and the patient’s details to the following email address: gabinet@panoramausmiechu.pl.

Failure to make payment and confirmation within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Absence, cancellation of appointment and booking fee:

  • Before your scheduled appointment, we will send you an SMS asking you to confirm your attendance. Simply reply YES or NO. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Rules regarding the booking fee:

  • Cancelling an appointment in advance – the fee may be carried over to another appointment or forfeited.
  • Failure to cancel an appointment in the required time or absence without contact – the booking fee is forfeited.
